• Processing Time: All orders, including Expedited and Priority, are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be received by the store within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping cost .

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

• We cannot accept items labeled Final Sale, personalized, or included in gift/layette boxes.

• Returns received within 15-30 days are issued as store credit only, available for use on future purchases.

• Wish to exchange? We’re happy to replace items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Shipping charges apply. 

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We’ll gladly provide a pre-paid return label, with the cost of. shipping deducted from your store credit.

• Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item is damaged or doesn’t match your order.

• We’ll cover return shipping and send you a timely replacement or issue store credit once item is returned.

• Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it within 5 business days.

• Approved credits or exchanges will be issued via email — store credit is valid for 12 months.
